After using a well known care company my mother and I found that the standards of care from both carers and management was very poor, the communication was so bad that it left my mother needing hospital care. I was looking for a reputable care company to look after my mother post hospital, the care providers I came across did not offer the level of care and patience my mother needed. After being recommended to Doves care from a friend I contacted them, I spoke with the manager who gave me so much reassurance and guidance that I booked an appointment for her to visit my mother The assesment went so well that we started the care with Doves, the process was so smooth and the carers were introduced to my mother, she has had the same consistent carers ever since they are all so very kind and always inform me if they have any concerns. The management team are always available and nothing is ever too much trouble. Overall a very caring competent company

Doves care agency were great to deal with from start to finish. Two members of staff in particular were excellent with my Dad and nothing was too much trouble, my Dad particularly enjoyed his chats with one staff member, I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

They are warm and compassionate, they really listen to what is required and are extremely thorough down to the smallest detail.
